A flat patch of floor about ten feet square for each station, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and a way to roll road cases from the dock to that spot. The presses, ink, blanks and crew ship in with us.
What that looks like in Detroit rooms
- Huntington Place: electrical gets ordered through the venue ahead of the show, and load-in runs on a marshalling schedule. We need the dock time and your booth number in writing before the freight ships.
- Hotels downtown, in Troy or in Dearborn: ask banquet staff for a circuit that isn't shared with catering. In a ballroom that's usually the only snag.
- Corktown lofts and Eastern Market warehouse spaces: check the door width and whether there's a freight lift. Older buildings can have one outlet per wall, so tell us where they are.
- Riverfront and outdoor summer dates: a canopy, a generator or a power drop, and a plan for wind. Blanks stay boxed until they're needed.
What you don't have to supply
Tables, presses, dryers, heat presses, ink and a full XS–4XL run of blanks all come from our Fullerton shop by freight, and the crew flies in a day early to meet it. If the room has a power cap or a narrow move-in slot, say so when you book and we'll build the station plan around it.
