Dearborn events are mostly auto-industry and corporate: supplier meetings, dealer events and conferences at suburban hotels. It's a crowd that makes physical things for a living, and it can tell a handout from a shirt made in front of it.
Auto-industry and corporate events. Hotel and conference venues here are straightforward: a certificate of insurance, a load-in time and a freight entrance. If the event is on a plant floor, tell us the PPE and badging rules early, since some sites need a contractor orientation.
Live printing in Dearborn
- Live screen printing: the program name or model year on every tee.
- Live DTF: names for a dealer meeting.
- Live hat bar: caps for an engineering team night.
- Promo & hard goods: totes and drinkware for supplier gifts.
Supplier summits often run into the evening, and the reception is usually the best slot for the station. Also on our Metro Detroit list: Downtown & Huntington Place, Corktown, Midtown and Eastern Market.
Conference hotels here usually have the room. Ask for a circuit that isn't shared with catering, and send us the COI requirements.
Send the Dearborn hotel or site, the agenda and the headcount, and we'll build the quote around the reception.
