Live printing in Detroit
Auto-show floors at Huntington Place, Saturday crowds at Eastern Market, arena nights in the District. Wherever Detroit shows up, we bring live printing: DTF, a hat bar, embroidery and screen presses, with the merch made right there.

Nobody appreciates a production line like this town, and that's essentially what we roll into your event: an assembly line for merch, run in the open where everyone can see it work. Full-color DTF transfer stations, a patch-and-press hat bar, embroidery machines stitching on site, plus live screen printing in Detroit when the run justifies it. Set it up at a supplier expo inside Huntington Place, a Corktown product reveal, a market-day pop-up, or a holiday party in a Midtown ballroom, and guests choose a design, watch it built, and have it in hand inside a couple of minutes. Made in Detroit, literally, one piece at a time.
How it works
One date, four gears,
merch in motion
Give us the specs
Tell us the date, where it is and roughly how many guests. A Huntington Place booth number is enough, and so is a Corktown street address. You'll have an itemized quote inside 24 hours.
Art gets tuned
We proof your logo and lock the art about a week before the show. That leaves time to burn screens, print transfers and pack patches before the crates head east.
The line gets built
Everything travels to Detroit as freight, and the crew lands the day before. The station is built and test-printed before your first guest walks in.
Production goes live
Guests pick a design and a size and watch it come off the press. Each guest waits about two minutes, then wears it out.

Questions
Detroit logistics, answered
Plan on $5K to $15K all-in for most Detroit events. The number mostly follows headcount, hours on the press, garment choice and setup. Getting here from our Fullerton shop is a single fixed travel line, and you'll see the itemized quote within 24 hours.
Each guest waits about two minutes from pick to wear. One press tops out around 60 an hour, and the standard two-press, two-printer station clears 100+. Hoodies and crewnecks are slower, worth knowing if your date is in January. Here's how we size a live printing line for a Detroit crowd.
Give each station roughly 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits. Huntington Place wants the electrical ordered through the venue ahead of the show. We bring the presses, ink, garments, tables and crew.
Aim for six to ten weeks. Our gear rides freight from Fullerton and the crew flies in the day before, so Detroit needs more runway than a job near the shop. Final art is due about a week out. If your date is closer, call anyway, since it comes down to freight timing and blank stock.
No. Live t-shirt printing is the bulk of most Detroit builds, but DTF, a hat bar, live embroidery, totes and drinkware all run on site. A common Detroit setup is one main station plus one add-on.
Yes. Our shop is in Fullerton, CA, 1,969 miles out in a straight line, so the gear goes to Detroit by freight and the crew arrives the day before. Flights, hotel and freight sit on the quote as one fixed line, and the quoted total is the bill.
Yes, and most of it happens on the Huntington Place floor. A live printing booth with a running press draws people in and holds the aisle. Send your booth number and show dates, and we'll work around the marshalling schedule and the electrical order.
The crew, presses and gear, the garments, load-in and teardown, and everything we print during your window. Travel is a separate fixed line, and all of it arrives as one itemized quote.
Pick the venue and we'll make it work: exhibit halls at Huntington Place, concourses at Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park or Ford Field, hotel ballrooms, theatre lobbies, and private spaces through Downtown, Midtown, Corktown and Greektown. Same crew and same rig for conventions, corporate events, festivals and brand activations. Kickoffs and supplier summits are covered under live printing for Detroit corporate events. Riverfront summer weekends and theatre show nights have their own page for live printing for Detroit festivals.
